It has been my experience that the process of Yoga is a little bit like flowering. Many of us come to the practice seeking something - more space, more connection, less pain, less fear. Only to realize that the resources we seek are already there, like a reservoir of insight, waiting to be witnessed. In Aarunya Yoga School’s Level 1 Teacher Training & Personal Growth program, we focus on fostering skillful artistry in the field of Yoga practice & teaching. This program will be offered in-person each Spring at Studio Anjali at The Westin Athletic Club in Avon, Colorado.

LEVEL 1 TEACHER TRAINING AT STUDIO ANJALI

This Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training & Personal Development offering at the The Westin Athletic Club is designed for both aspiring teachers and dedicated practitioners seeking a deeper relationship with Yoga. Led by Morgan Kulas and Aarunya Yoga School (founded in 2017), this training explores the foundations of Yoga through postures, basic mindfulness, and an introduction to the psychology and somatics of the practice. Alongside practical teaching skills, this training invites participants into a meaningful process of personal growth—tending the garden of self-awareness, community connection, and our relationship with the Earth. This program offers an inspiring environment to deepen your practice and develop foundational teaching skills.

This offering will take place may 1st - june 7th in Avon, Colorado. schedule & curriculum is shared with interested participants only, so please reach out below for more information. tuition is $2,765 and payment plans as well as need based scholarships are available to eligible individuals.
