Sift stands for Somatic Intelligence of Trauma, and the practice is the culmination and articulation of my process as a dance artist and choreographer working in ecological and healing-centered pedagogy and praxis. It is a poetic approach to somatic potential and phenoma that fosters wellbeing and connection through guided dance improvisation. I teach Sift as a catalyst for transformation and collective resilience.
Join The Hatchery community for Dance Cinema Night; where we will enjoy experimental dance films from around the world; curated by Morgan Kulas. This event is free. The small charge is for healthy snacks and drinks, which will be provided. All participants must register at least 24 hours in advance.

Like most professional artists, I am not paid for all of the work that I create. This is of course a personal choice. That said, from time to time students and patrons donate, so that I may continue to be of service in this way. So if you wish to contribute, you may do so here:
