Sift stands for Somatic Intelligence of Trauma, and the practice is the culmination and articulation of my process as a dance artist and choreographer working in ecological and healing-centered pedagogy and praxis. It is a poetic approach to somatic potential and phenoma that fosters wellbeing and connection through guided dance improvisation. I teach Sift as a catalyst for transformation and collective resilience.
