Sift stands for Somatic Intelligence for Trauma, and the practice is the culmination and articulation of my process as a dance artist and choreographer working in ecological and healing-centered pedagogy and praxis. It is a poetic approach to somatic potential and phenoma that fosters wellbeing and connection through guided dance improvisation. I teach Sift as a catalyst for transformation and collective resilience.

Sift ~ Trance Set | Friday May 29th, 2026 {6-7:15pm}
$25.00

Sift stands for Somatic Intelligence for Trauma, and the practice is the culmination and articulation of my process as a dance artist and choreographer working in ecological and healing-centered pedagogy and praxis. It is a poetic approach to somatic potential and phenomena that fosters wellbeing and connection through guided dance improvisation. I teach Sift as a catalyst for transformation and collective resilience. All bodies and limitations are welcome in this class. That said an open heart and mind is required.

*The Sift Trance Set follows the flow of a standard Sift Dance practice, though with a lighter touch of guidance and improvisational prompts woven throughout. Morgan will be live DJing, accompanied by an immersive installation of light and projection.

Donations

Like most professional artists, I am not paid for all of the work that I create. This is of course a personal choice. That said, from time to time students and patrons donate, so that I may continue to be of service in this way. So if you wish to contribute, you may do so here:
