For the past several years, a small group of women have come together every week to SIFT. To research how dance is an ancestral skill that supports the transformation of grief and trauma into agency and resilience. This work, Ghosts In The River is an experimental dance video installation which poetically reflects emotions of climate grief and anxiety related to the American West, performing femininity, and the exploitation of the Colorado River.
